We check Google's first page for your town and send you what we find. The check is free.

Based in Austin, Texas. For independently owned hearing clinics anywhere in the US, whether an audiologist or a hearing instrument specialist runs the practice.

Example audiogram of eight searches for a fictional clinic Example only. Eight searches run left to right from the clinic's own name to the searches new patients make. Red O marks show where the clinic appeared in the map results and blue X marks where its website appeared under the map. Marks near the top mean first or second; marks below the dashed line at 25 mean outside the top three. The free ranking check

Email your clinic's name and town. Usually within two business days you get a written report by email, built from public information only, with no call needed. It plots where your clinic shows for eight searches the way you plot a hearing test, says who holds the spots above you (described, not named), and lists the three things we would fix first whether or not you hire us.

It ends with the monthly fee for the plan it recommends, in writing. Here is a complete example for a fictional clinic.

The terms

  • One flat monthly fee, quoted in writing after the check. No setup fee.
  • No percentage, and no per-lead or per-patient charge.
  • 30 days' notice, either side.
  • Your Google Business Profile, pages, website and accounts stay in your name.
  • We won't work for two competing practices in the same town. The questions page says what that means.

The monthly work

  • Your Google Business Profile: categories, every service, hours, photos of your own rooms, checked each month.
  • One page for each service you offer, written around the questions your front desk hears.
  • A review request every patient gets the same way, sent by your staff from your own system.
  • Replies to reviews that never confirm anyone is a patient.
  • Your name, address and phone number matched across the directories that list you.
  • A one-page report each month: where you show for the searches we track, and what we did.

The how we work page has the first three months in order.

What you approve, and what we never touch

  • Your audiologist or hearing instrument specialist approves every page before it goes live.
  • We take no patient lists and never log in to your patient system or see patient records.
  • We put no advertising pixels or session recorders on pages about appointments, conditions or tests.

A snapshot from October

On October 21, 2026 we searched "hearing aids" plus the town name once in each of 14 towns, on a desktop browser, signed out. On those 14 first pages, manufacturers' chains, brand networks and store locators held 48 of the 122 web results, and a big-box warehouse club held 8.

That is one search per town on one day, and your town may look different, which is what the free check is for. The full tables and method are on the snapshot page.

54 clicks from Google in 2025, 2,900 in 2026, over the same weeks

The figures cover the article pages of one local business we do search work for, from August 1 to October 20 each year, read from its own Search Console. It is not a hearing clinic or any kind of health care. We don't identify it, and what happened there is no prediction for your clinic.
